Delivery

Orders placed on working days before 12 noon will be shipped the same day. The orders are sent by the delivery services: DHL and PostNL. This means you can expect your order within the Netherlands and Belgium the next day, Europe within 3 days. Products ordered after 12 noon are offered for delivery the next working day.

You only pay for shipping costs under €20, you will find the costs in your summary before checkout.

Displeased?

It may happen that your order is not quite as expected. This is unfortunate, but you can return it to us within 30 days. Within 5 days after receipt of the return shipment, any amount due, including the shipping costs, will be transferred to you. There are no additional costs for returns, we provide you with a free return label. You must bring it to a relevant parcel point yourself.

Take into account:

  • Used/opened toy products such as the antlers may not be returned for hygienic reasons.
  • Items that have been opened and put into use, such as the pallet cushions that have been put into use outside, may not be returned
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, products without a card or that have been put into use may not be returned.

We want to provide all owners of our products with new items, if a product has already been used by your pet, for example, we cannot take it back for hygienic reasons. This applies to our entire range.

Return, that’s how it works.

Send us an e-mail within 30 days to sales@rexproduct.nl with a return request, clearly indicate which product it concerns – order number. This together with your personal data so that we know which order it concerns. You will then receive an e-mail from us with instructions so that this can be solved quickly and correctly.
